Yes, our drivers are insured to drive customer vehicles to and from our secure site.

All our drivers are fully insured by PARKAIR247 with one of the top insurance companies in the business. Many companies do not have full cover for customer vehicles, so please be aware any low prices you receive from different companies maybe an indication that your vehicle will not be insured.

As a passenger, in the event of significant delays or cancellations, you may or may not be eligible for compensation or a refund. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) outlined precise guidelines about the payments required based on the kind and/or length of the delay. You should be given supporting information or links by the airlines so you may submit your claim.

You will be sent an email confirming your payment and directions to the short stay carpark at the terminal where our driver will meet you, together with a telephone number to call when you are 30 minutes from the airport.

All drop off and delivery points are given to us by Heathrow Airport and we must meet our customers within the short stay car parks of all terminals. Look for signs for OFF-AIRPORT and please call our office if you need any assistance.

In the event your return flight is delayed please keep us informed to avoid any delay in us delivering your vehicle. Extra days are charged at £30.00 and must be paid before your car leaves our care. If you forget to inform us of a late return this may result in you having to wait for your vehicle when you do return, so please keep us informed of any changes

Upon request, our drivers will assist you with your luggage and getting a trolley.

All Prices are seasonal and therefore fluctuate through PEAK TIMES all year round depending on demand and availability. In order to get our best prices, we recommend that you call us and make a booking at least 3 weeks in advance of your trip. At peak travel times this is also necessary to ensure we have spaces available for your dates and times of travel.
